How it Works

The 300 hr Cohort Officially begins July 11.

The 300 hr is a blend of Live Modules, Pre-Recorded Trainings and required Live sessions. (read below for more details)

The REQUIRED Live Sessions are:

July 11th, 13th, 25th, + 27th

August 15th

September 5th, 7th, 19th, 21st, 28th

October 10th + 17th

November 14th, 16th, + 21st

December 7th, 12th, 19th + Graduation on December 28th.

Thursday evenings are 7-9:30pm EST. These are practicum sessions where you will be teaching.

Saturday mornings are 11a - 12:30pm EST. These are Satsung sessions which will include the opportunity to connect in real time with Adi Shakti + your 2024 cohort.

These 40 hours are the only (of the 300 total) you are REQUIRED to attend live. There will be many other opportunities to join Live, but you aren’t REQUIRED to be there. You can just watch replays.

You can miss 2 of these Live Sessions without penalty.

You are required to complete 30 hours of Seva (selfless service) in trauma-informed yoga teaching within their local community. This invaluable experience is designed to integrate your learning with real-world application.

Self Practice, pre-recorded

You are required to complete 20 hours of personal practice. You can choose to use our Sadhana Library or attend local classes with a teacher to gain firsthand experience.

Thursday night Live Practicum Sessions with your 2024 Cohort, MUST ATTEND LIVE
